I’ve stayed at this property before and don’t remember having this problem, but the air conditioning wasn’t consistent in the room and when I asked them to evaluate it, they did send maintenance up. However, no change was made. The fan in the room was very, very loud, almost like a cheap hotel air conditioning. It was very disruptive to my sleep.

Nothing inside the bedroom was free, and nothing is complimentary.Staff didn't say if you drink the water in the refrigerator you'll have to pay for it after the stay.

A high quality hotel with many of of the little amenities on a scale scale above most high end hotels. Wrapped extra toilet paper roll, personalized guest name displayed on tv monito upon arrival, in room Cooke espresso, turn Dow with chocolate, water bottle, and ice delivered in ice bucket without request is a top notch luxury amenity!

Just stayed at this beautiful establishment for the weekend. The staff was amazing, and very welcoming. We sat by the outdoor fireplace and were checked in on regularly. The restaurant was beautiful and attentive to your needs. The spa was an absolute delight. I left feeling so relaxed and cozy. The valet team was friendly and fast. There’s really no complaint I have. I will be back and hope to visit other Delamar locations soon.

Room over entry so windows did not open; there is no dresser- only a night stand- which i knew having stayed here multiple times- but this time the drawer was broken. Asked for extra towels- never came; turn down service was chocolates on the nightstand - thats it- didnt take off bed throw or turn down or place water. Suprised i couldnt stay 1 hour later (4th time here - paid $450)
