New mattresses .Full service kitchen with new stainless appliances, .Upgraded cable television and WiFi throughout. Freshly painted with new flooring and kitchen cabinets Patio with adjoining play yard. Easy access to pool (50 feet) and beach (75 feet to boardwalk). Ground floor eliminates long waits for the elevators. Handicap parking in front of unit.

Beach Club facilities include five pools, hot tub, tennis courts, exercise facilities, spa, bike rental available, basketball court, pickleball court, and playground. The Beach Club also offers a full calendar of activities for kids and adults. Some Beach Club amenities at extra charge.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our beach trip, clean and nicely updated space. Easy access to the beach. We loved the ground floor unit. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great Unit

We loved staying here! It’s ground level so the kids can just walk out to go to the pool or beach. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and hope to rent this unit again!

Relaxing and comfortable

From the minute you walked in the condos, you could see the gulf. It was well furnished and relaxing. Our family enjoyed the easy walk out of the condo, without any stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Great, beautifully decorated, roomy, walk right out into lawn, wonderful view of the ocean.

Owners were very kind, responsive, professional, easy to work with. Condo is lavishly decorated, rooms and baths were spacious. We loved bring able to walk right out onto the well-manicured grounds, then to the pools and beach. Beach Club property and beach isn't overly crowded and very family-friendly, with fun activities available for everyone. We loved it!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The pictures don't do the place justice, everything was neat, clean and well stocked. The pool is super close and the whole family enjoyed it. Heads up, if you need bar bath soap; you will have to bring it yourself. Liquid soap is provided.

Although only 2 granchildren stayed with us, soon the other 4 joined in from nearby units. Ground floor provided opportunity for activities higher units would not have. Excellent condo and facilities.

Great place to stay! Only negative is that there are no fans in the 2 guest bedrooms. Also, there was an odd odor to the condo when we checked in. We quickly remedied it.

This ground floor unit is just what we needed! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware, and the many umbrellas, chairs, sand toys ect. in the beach closet were a wonderful surprise. Thank you for hosting us.

This was the BEST condo we have ever stayed in at The Beach Club! We LOVED being on the ground floor! The layout of the condo and furniture suited our family perfectly ! Excellent Location!

Could not ask for a better place to stay. First floor condo with the pool steps away but not too close to where you don’t have privacy. Beach is literally a two minute walk out your sliding glass door so if you forget something or need to refresh drinks or snacks it’s not a big to do. We will definitely be back!!! Mr. Samuels is also very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. He is also extremely kind and just pleasant to deal with. Thank you! Loved the place!!!

July Vacation

Property was as described. Only one problem, our check out time was 11am. The cleaning crew literally busted in out door at 10:20am. They continued to clean as we were trying to get ready to go. Even after telling them out checkout time was 11.

Beach condo

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach, great pools, great location. The only downside was that the listing stated that there was a closet full of sand and beach toys available to use. When we arrived, the instructions told where to find the key for the beach toy closet, but there was no key. We contacted the owner and he doesn’t have the closet available to guests any longer. So we brought absolutely zero beach things expecting to use things provided.

Nice ground floor condo in Ft Morgan

Nice ground floor condo with large master suite and two additional bathrooms (1 full 1 w shower). Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Easy access right to the beach...no need to wait in line for an elevator. We'd definitely stay here again!
