WE RENT TO FAMILY GROUPS ONLY - NO STUDENT GROUPS. Must be over the age of 25. DUE TO COVID AND CLEANING POLICIES CHECK IN IS AT 4 PM AND CHECK OUT IS AT 10 AM. THIS GIVES OUR CLEANERS TIME TO DO THE NECESSARY CLEANING. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT CLEANERS ARE SHORT STAFFED TOO AND WILL DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO GET YOU IN ON TIME TO START YOUR VACATION

There is one designated parking spot that reads C705. If you bring another vehicle, you must park where there is no number. ALL PARKING PASSES CAN BE PURCHASED AT THE FRONT DESK FOR $25 EACH. PARKING PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION.
You can go to the front desk and get your parking passes for $25 per car for your stay.
