"SIT & WALK" SPACIOUS 2ND TIER HOME ---- VERY EASY BEACH ACCESS

Great 2nd Tier home! Very easy beach access. This home comes equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 Direct TV sat TVs, wireless internet, living area is smart tv, large covered deck, huge living area with picture windows! Bed types: q, q, q 1 queen air mattress (linens also provided for 2 extra large sofas)

Bed linens &1 towel/washcloth per person are provided, however you will need to bring your own paper/cleaning products.

*a non-refundable reservation, lodging tax, maintenance & an applicable cleaning/linen will be added to rental amount.

Location was amazing! Access right on beach which was convenient to walk back and forth. House was very clean and open. Would stay here again!

Great house

This house was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is much bigger than it looks. It's just a few steps to the beach and the Big Black Pearl does not obstruct your view of the ocean at all! We will definitely stay here again.

Location was great for surf fishing! House is so close to some of the best fishing spots at Fort Morgan. However did most of our surf fishing right out the front door!

We have stayed here the last two years and love it. Very spacious and on the beach. Has everything you need to cook so you don’t have to go out and eat! Recommend 10 out of 10!

Ocean front paradise

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Sit and Walk property. We absolutely love it! We love everything about it. It’s pretty much beachfront, spacious with an open floor concept, an outstanding front deck to sit and watch the ocean views. The huge living space is a plus and the seating is great. We will definitely be repeat customers for life. Once we found out about “the black pearl” property that was built in front we were concerned about the views being obstructed, but they weren’t. We were so blessed. We love being able to just relax on vacation in a quiet semi private beach area of Fort Morgan.

Amazing week on the beach with great beach access

This is the fourth year we have stayed in the same beach house. Access to the beach is literally just about 100 yards before you hit the sand. We rent a canopy from Ft. Morgan Beach Rentals and added beach chairs this year - highly recommend. The kitchen is spacious and functional for our group of four but will easily seat a much larger group with seating at the bar as well as a large table. We love that you can park under the house easily even with our big Texas size trucks. We have fine-tuned our packing and learned our way around to visit the grocery store and fulfill our grocery needs. Our first year we read many reviews stating that the stores were far away and so we packed everything. We found this to not be accurate. Don't panic if you didn't pack something, you can purchase easily when you arrive. Jody is wonderful to rent from. If we get in town before the check in time, she will let us in if she is able. The beach house is very comfortable and welcoming, and we enjoy putting together puzzles, playing games, and watching movies when the weather is rainy and we can't get on the beach - although we do sit under the canopy while a gentle rain comes down. We look forward to coming back each year.

Perfect Family Getaway

Perfect location! Literally steps to the beach- it couldn’t have been better. We had four adults and two kids on this trip and the house was super comfortable for everyone. Loved all the comfy seating in the living room and the roomy dining table in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were spacious. The inside of the home was very clean. Outside there is some minor cleanup that needs done (cans in the sand and some old towels laying around). But that was no big deal. Outdoor shower was very convenient. This was our third year in a row staying in Fort Morgan and this house was probably the most comfortable overall that we’ve stayed in just because of the spacious layout and close proximity to the beach. Planning to return!

Great place! Close proximity to the beach and a very easy walk, about 100 ft from the house to the water! The kitchen had everything if you like to cook and the house was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again!

An older home, but cute and roomy! This was our second time staying here. More than enough room for two families. And the location is so great! Only one house between us and the beach. I loved that I didn’t have to put on my shoes to go from the house to the beach! And easy for kids to run back and forth for bathroom and snacks!

Family Spring Break Trip

This is a beautiful, spacious house. Don’t be worried about the “Black Pearl” house obstructing your view of the beach at all, because it doesn’t! You’ve pretty much got beachfront property without paying beachfront rental price. We will definitely rent this house again. There was only four of us, but this could definitely hold a larger family. From the large kitchen to the large den with two couches and multiple chairs. Great house for family memories to be made. Wonderful experience all around!

Great family getaway!

This was just what we needed! Family of 3 and we had tons of space. The kitchen and living floor plan is very spacious. Some people mention the house in front, blocking the view......dont let that fool you. The view is still great! This house is at the end of a dead end street with beach access footsteps from the door! We did not any beach accessories because we brought everthing we wanted, but just in case you are looking for that at the house, there is no outdoor storage for Jody to provide that. There were some chairs on the front porch, but we we are the family who opens our eyes and gets to the beach! I would book this house again for my family, for a girl's trip, or even with another couple or two!

Just what we were looking for!

My friend and I brought our children for a quick relaxing weekend with our kids. Location was great as we were just a few steps from the beach! Great views from the balcony. Living and dining area were great for the kids! Plenty of space for parking. The beach house was very clean. The host was a great communicator as well! We had a great time!
