“After an awful first day and regretting Prebooking the next day. When I returned for another stay, things got even worse. My room was extremely cold and the TV wasn’t working. I asked for a blanket and had to request it six times, waiting about an hour, while there was only one staff member available. When I mentioned the TV issue, I was dismissively told to “just watch the Turkish program.” I somehow got through the night, but breakfast the next morning was equally disappointing. I asked for……
