"This property is a shining jewel for Vrbo. We loved this cozy little cabin. It was a great place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with each other. We prepared our first Thanksgiving dinner together in the kitchen and had all the necessities. I would recommend arriving before dusk to find the property. It can be a little tricky. We were struggling, but Artie came right out and directed us to the walkway. We loved walking our husky over the river and through the woods behind the cottage. Sunset views from the living room out over the pond were beautiful. We finished our dinner with a fire by the pond and enjoyed smores for dessert. Great memories were made!"

"The Lone Jack Cabin was a great weekend getaway! Far enough out of the city to relax, but close enough to enjoy some KC BBQ. There was plenty of traffic on the highway, but it wasn't bothersome. Overall, a great place!"
