"When we entered the hotel the staff was approachable and helped get us our keys and offered us a water for our room. The room was clean and the pool was nice and the hot tub, we enjoyed the breakfast options as well lots of variety for everyone. "

"I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the wall by the bed. I never felt unsafe, but it seems to be housing for a lot of people now. The front desk personnel were nice, but defensive because I didn't report this upon check in, but I left to visit family and came back late and didn't do a walk thru, it was the next morning when I went to shower and found dusty grime on the toilet tank lid, and steamrolled from there. I chked out that day."

"When we got to the room our door was hard to open. We also found trash right beside the bed in between the bed and table that wasnt ours. The bathtub looked dirty also. The staff was great and very helpful. The pool looked off in color and the chlorine was so heavy that while sitting in the room watching our kids it hurt our eyes. And began to hurt theirs as well as the pool was super cold they said. "
