“We really loved this property. It was a great spot that allowed us easy access to surrounding areas where we have lots of family. But this spot is also great if you are looking to stay local as its in a great neighborhood with shopping, restaurants, and parks within short driving distance. The house had lots of towels and dishes which was perfect for our family of seven. The master bed was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“My family of 5 and 2 dogs stayed at this cute house for a couple of days. The house was great! The yard is huge for the kids to catch fireflies and play and the dogs to roam. The house was comfy and in a great location. Check in and out was very easy. ”

“Myself and my coaching staff were in the area for a youth softball tournament and were looking for a home that could house 8 or 9 adults comfortably. This place filled the bill nicely, both spatially and location wise. Located close to the interstate, it was extremely convenient to get around to the various venues we needed to get to. In addition, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with the host was promptly responded to. I would definitely stay here……

“Excellent location for anyone wanting to be in the Overland Park area. It was a quiet neighborhood yet close to main attractions. The house provided our group privacy as well as nice common areas. ”

“The house was lovely, clean and spacious. However, we do have a couple of recommendations... The dining table only had 4 chairs in a house that sleeps 10 (we had 8). Please provide more chairs at the large table. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Finally, the patio only had one chair, which was too dirty to sit on. You need more patio furniture so guests can sit outside in the morning with their coffee.”

“The house was clean & well stocked & very quiet inside. The only large downfall was the a/c in the 3 bedrooms did not work well at all. The entire upstairs was very hot & muggy until the sun went down. Then the mainfloor bedroom was hot all night. The house will be perfect if the a/c is figured out. We had a mouse surprise us in the kitchen but that was not a huge ordeal. ”

“This is a beautiful property! We never turned on a TV, but there are several screens throughout. The host has filled the home with anything a guest may need, and communication was amazing. The pool and lounge area was well used when the weather allowed. We appreciated the feeling of solitude while being close to everything.”

“This is an amazing location. Just around the corner there is a cool little boulevard with all kinds of little restaurants and shops. It’s about 20 minutes from all of the coolest places in Kansas City. The house is clean and well decorated, the kitchen is functional and very easy to use. The pictures don’t do justice to the beautiful backyard, which has a little propane fire pit and a grill. Very comfortable bedding and mattresses. The game room downstairs is PERFECT for kids, and a very nice……

“Our son is moving to the area, so we booked on short notice for a weekend to help him find housing and explore the area. The location of this house couldn't be better! 6 adults (3 couples) stayed and it was great for everyone to have king beds and bathrooms. We will have to keep this in mind as we will be visiting the area more often now!”
