“Overall, EXCELLENT! The property is perfect, even in January with the owner on-site and always available. We were to have a smaller cabin and he upgraded us to a bigger one right on the lake. Owner gives great suggestions for eating / groceries and even brought us over coupons to use. Cabin is VERY clean and adequately supplied. Close to Toyota Stadium, Little Elm, and lots of restaurants. If you are ever in Frisco, this is the place to stay. We definetely will be back one day.”

“House was very clean. Lots of room and our family got to spend it together for a wedding. Downstairs A/C was not working properly… they immediately brought us fans and called for repairman.
