"Only good thing I can say about this place is the parking is free and it's close to stores and eateries. I would definitely NOT refer anyone to stay here. "

"Very clean! But here are the areas for improvement: The flow from the showerhead was very low. They need to remove the flow restrictors from the showerheads. The biggest issue is with the inadequate fresh air in the room. CO2 levels in the room got up to 1600 ppm, and the window doesn't open so there is nothing you can do about it. They need to fix the ventilation so more fresh air is delivered to the room."

"The hotel was not bad at all for the price. Room was bigger than I expected, air worked good, shower had great water pressure, had great view of ball park which is literally a walk away. Slept great once the game was over. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch although the food needs a little help. Does have a nice omelet bar. Several of the players were eating breakfast at the same time we were, the kids loved that. Hotel has covered parking which is so great, but there is a $22 charge, thought was a little much even if you did not park inside the garage. Only complaint I would have is that I did not like there being a person setting on the patio down stairs smoke weed in something when we walked back up from the game. Hated my kido seeing and smelling it. Over all Hyatt is great place for the price. "

"The staff and front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was great and updated and the beds were so comfortable. Perfect weekend get away. Dog friendly and very accommodating to our fur baby! Food and drinks awesome. Kids loved the pool/splashpad/slides. Thank you for a great stay!"

"My husband I stay here every time we come to Dallas. This last time we stayed it was for my birthday. I left my AirPods on the nightstand by the bed which I would not have done when they clean the room well we forgot to put the do not disturb sign out and went out. We came back to a clean room but no AirPods. We told the front desk and ask for the manager and he said I have them looking for them I asked can you check the cameras and was told he did not know how to work them that he was sry and they didn’t have them. So needless to say the house keeping stole them because they pinged in the building. I also sent the owner a email no response! Also the Texas Roadhouse right beside it the people in there used the parking and there was nowhere to park very frustrating! "

"Staff charged us an additional $50 deposit even though we had paid in full through an app. People above is were fighting all night. Three half sized pillows on regular queen size beds. Clean. The continental breakfast left something to be desired."

"The breakfast menu had a good variety. The shower temp and pressure were very good. The A/C worked very well. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The issue I had was that I found a contact lens in my bed. I don't wear contact lenses so this was alarming in terms of cleanliness. "

"A/C was not keeping the room cool. Had to keep adjusting the air. When it was time to check out, I looked under the bed to make sure we didn't forget any items and there was trash with old few items left under as if no one had cleaned under the bed. One bed had pen marks on the dust sheet. "
