“Booked into McGraths Blackpool with ease and a nice chap met me to explain about parking and everything else. I had room 6 on the second floor, so a few stairs with no lift, so be aware of that if you have mobility issues. The room was a single and perfect for one night. It was very clean with everything that I needed, and more. A compact en-suite and most importantly, hot water and good pressure in the shower. “Onsite parking is restricted by the number of spaces. They were all full when we arrived so some guests must have had more than 1 car. It would be helpful to allocate at least 1 space per apartment. Cars had parked right up to the access making it difficult to get to the front door. We parked up the road in a good, safe car park but it cost £11.50 for 24 hrs. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Nice, comfy beds and a good bathroom. The weather had changed and was much cooler……

“The half-board was excellent value for money with good food for dinner and breakfast. Also free entertainment and bar was excellent. The room was clean and looked recently refurbed with basic furniture as expected for the price and also had a great sea view and plenty coffees and teas. Good location with easy access to tram stop for central Blackpool. “I wasn't there for the shopping, just needed a break as it was a long time coming, everything was perfect, i felt i could free roam without questions asked, the staff were amazing, cannot fault them, i am a night owl, i sleep or i don't and the last night before i left i had a conversation with a member of staff named Seamus and he told me that was only his second shift at Park House Hotel, i was blown away, he was so happy to listen to my troubles, was brilliant all round, no faults whatsoever.……
