Clean room w/ a shower.

We had an excellent stay!

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great. It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.

Clean room is ok , but room 95 , floor 29 need to change The bathroom light bulbs are burned out. Staff are friendly. Shops are very helpful. Breakfast please This is a disgrace, don't sell this breakfast anymore, this isn't breakfast, they gave us a coupon, Supposedly for a free continental breakfast, when you get to the coffee shop they give you a glass of juice, a boiled egg, a cup of fruit, and three mini croissants. I paid Expedia for breakfast, and it wasn't breakfast at all. The employee was incredibly rude; she told us, "You're going to use that coupon? It's just a small snack, not breakfast," and she was absolutely right. I had to pay an additional $55 on top of what I had already paid Expedia for breakfast. THIS IS A SCAM. PLEASE DON'T SELL THIS ANYMORE. Thank you very much.

The hotel is beautiful, however not very functional unless you are a solo traveler. The bathroom is a small glass box that you can hear/see everything through, which is not ideal when someone else is in the room. The shower floods across the whole bathroom floor because there is no door separating the shower and toilet, so you will be standing in a puddle when using the restroom unless you dry it up. Also extremely disappointed in the actual check in process. We arrived earlier in the day and inquired about early check in, to which the staff at the desk said the room was not ready yet but that they would place us on a “priority list” and give us a call when it was ready. So we stored our luggage and went to kill some time. We arrived back at 3pm, the original check in time, and were told that our room just needed to be ‘inspected’. So we sat in the lobby and waited for almost two hours for our room to be ready, until we couldn’t anymore as we had a reservation. I asked the front desk if there was an ETA on the room and they said they could not provide one, but they would call and email me once the room was available. So we stored our luggage again and left. We did not receive a call or email at all letting us know our room was ready. We were finally able to check in around 9pm when we got back to the hotel. Not being able to provide early chen in is understandable, but to promise a 3pm check in and not be able to provide a r
