"Didn’t eat breakfast, but coffee was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and kind. Parking spaces could be a little wider… but safe. Room was clean and cleaning staff were very friendly."

"Once you're able to get into your room, it's a nice property. That said, I've stayed at this property 4x over the past 2 months. Wait times to check in: 45 minutes, 25 minutes, 20 minutes and 42 minutes. It's dreadful. By the time folks get to check in they're angry. You can only use digital check in if you book directly with L'auberge. The problem is: booking directly with them is more expensive than other options, so no one books directly with them. Hence, no one can check in digitally... and you wait forever to get your room. Until they fix this issue, I'm done with this hotel. I gave them 4 chances. That's enough!"

"Casino floor was littered with empty drinks and cigarettes. Room was clean and stocked. Pool area was clean but pools were filled with bugs and plant litter. Resort fee was way higher than posted online."

"This is a beautiful home that was immaculatelyClean! We were 12 adults and filled all 6 bedrooms. There is so much room to relax and visit or play games - or split off into groups. Both porches have seating areas. Then there's the large table and big chairs at the boathouse. The game room for playing cards. Or building a puzzle. Or foosball. Or playing pool. So many options!Now let's talk about how this home is stocked! Kitchen: seasonings, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, dishes, dishes, dishes! Plenty of utensils. Pots for every need we had. Kitchen trash bags, laundry detergent (for both washing machines on each floor) and dishwashing detergent. Propane burner with boiling pot to cook crabs and shrimp! Pellet grill to cook our steaks! All provided by our hosts! Oh and crab traps- they were used and did catch some right there at the back of the house but we still had to buy some. Large commercial ice machine. Plenty of parking. I've never stayed in a rental with so much to offer! Tonia was always only a phone call away and so extremely helpful. Highly recommend this place. Top notch! Thank you Tonia for making our annual sibling weekend so easy and relaxing. "
