When front desk staff checked me in I went upstairs to my room my key card unlocked the door I went in locked the door behind me and when I turned around there was someone occupying the room..I was terrified and unlocked the door and ran to the evaluator to go to the front desk I WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED

Great property and close to everything. There was no bath towels nor did the TV work property. The corner chair in room was super dusty and floors looked like they weren’t vacuumed. Other then that no issues.

The smell of the room was just not right. I believe y’all should remove the carpet , and do hard wood floors or tile . That alone would get rid of that horrible smell! Then upgrade the beds, it’s way over due for an upgrade!!!!!

I did not get the room I booked and was not told anything until I went back and asked about it. A lot of things weren’t very clean and our room smelled strongly of cleaning products our entire stay. At breakfast, one of the workers was complaining out loud about guests driving her crazy when they were asking simple questions. I do not think we will stay again.

Hotel is great location with great staff good breakfast. One thing I would suggest is that only guest who are staying at hotel have access to elevator.. would need their room key to use elevator
