We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. “The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning. Don't forget to check out the rooftop at night for a nice view of the city lights. Overall, we had a great experience,……
