“The suite requires more attention from the staff. The place was not cleaned well, there was hair in the shower cabinet, the countertop was stained, the floor was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was not stocked well with soap, we have to change the soap dispenser by ourselves and there was not enough soap to change the second one. The breakfast was poor quality. For the price asked for this accommodation, the overall experience and service quality should be much better, very disappointing. ”

“Wir waren zur Durchreise in der gebuchten Suite Kategorie vor Ort- wir hatten dann zwei Doppelzimmer mit einem extra Flur für uns als Familie. Das erste Zimmer hat den Eindruck erweckt nur flüchtig gereinigt geworden zu sein- es stand eine angebrochenen Fanta Flasche im Kühlschrank und das Bett wirkte auch nicht frisch gemacht. Leider war auch die Kaffeemaschine defekt- da wir noch ein zweites Zimmer hatten, nicht ganz so schlimm. Das Hotel im Allgemein wirkt schon sauber und ordentlich.……

“No elevator. We booked two (2) rooms that ended up on the 2nd and 3rd floor, narrow staircase,...Major issue, but understand it's a small local hotel that can't afford it. Then why does it charge the same as anything else? Can't have it both ways. No A/C, fans provided but when you're at the top of the building, it gets the most heat. With windows open, a great deal of road noise right next to it. Restaurant was great, but there are few choices nearby.”

“Fantastic hotel with stunning views over the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - we all felt incredibly relaxed and could t get enough of the views! The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great and loved the fact there was lactose free milk! The only thing to be aware of is there is a steep 20 minute walk to the town and so taxis are needed in the evening if you don’t have a car - they cost 11 euros one way. We will……

“Room clean and lovely view from the room located at garden side. No AC in room. Luckily we were there during lovely weather. Noisy in the AM from garbage trucks and other vehicles passing by. The road is immediately in front of hotel. Breakfast very nice. There's a front room with full windows allowing you to overlook the gorgeous lake while having breakfast. In the evening we sat on the terrace for a glass of wine and watched the lights come on over the lake. Staff very friendly!”
