In the pictures this hotel has a pool but when you get there there's no pool they filled the pool in which was the whole reason I booked it was to go swimming straight garbage and staff refuse to give me a refund even though I didn't want to stay there because there was no pool. And the vending machine tries to charge you $3.10 for a drink that's outrageous

Walking distance mall and food places. Very quite area. Overall room was clean, i had to turn off the AC despite of setting it on low it was still freezing in the room.

The air conditioning was fine. Check in desk clerk was speaking on her cell phone the entire time she waited on me. She never mentioned wifi or the password, quickly told me the breakfast hours and where the room was located and literally nothing else. The next morning the toilet clogged and ran over. As the guest I used a plunger and cleared the clog. I had to request disinfectant wipes to clean the toilet and bathroom floor. Housekeeping did not service our room that day at all. There was a mini refrigerator in the room but no shelves in it. There was an ice/vending/laundry room that I didn't discover could be opened with the room key until check out when I requested it to be opened to get some ice. Overall I felt like an interruption at check in and after reporting the toilet overflow issue and doing a light surface cleaning with the only thing available to me only to discover that no housekeeping was done to the room I felt more like an inconvenience and am greatly disappointed in the service provided for our stay. The room was clean on arrival and hence the 3 stars for it, but I'll be looking elsewhere to spend my money on return visits to the area.

We did not stay the room was terrible my wife took photos it stunk, paint was coming of the ceilings, bathroom door was split & would not close the photos on line do not look like the room we saw worst place I cannot believe they are open for business you might want to consider taking them off your list. The place is a dump, the double rooms are way on the backside of the hotel by the garbage dumpster making it dangerous for a a 2 women one who is 78 and a young girl. The room had a verrry funky odor and spraying Lysol only made it worse. The Toliet seat has a crack in it. The top border of the curtain was stained very badly as if from a bad water leak. We had to bring cooked food for my grand daughter because of her health conditions and was not able to heat because the room had no microwave. So had to reach out to friends to come over to heat her food. And the breakfast was worse than what’s served at a truck stop. We stayed here because it was close to the surgery center we needed to be at, will never stay at Quality again or recommend.

Staff was great, friendly and attentive, the rooms however, not so mich. Big hole in the carpeting, multi colored stains on the ceilings, but the bed were comfy and breakfast was decent. The tv had issues more then once, but ended up figuring it out after about an hour and help from from desk
