“The good from the stay is we received a full refund from VRBO/Property Management within 3 days of our cancelling the property. Upon arrival we found the entire property very dirty, towels were in the stand up shower on the floor dirty & wet. The 2 beds were not worthy of new guests with sheets, blankets & pillows appearing as if someone had slept in beds with no preparation for new arrivals. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car.
