There are a few things that brought our score down. The bed in the handicap room is too high. It’s a good thing we brought a little stool or my wife would not have been able to get in the bed. The shower also should have a mat in it to help prevent slipping. The last thing was the a/c in the breakfast area was too low (COLD)!
