“Property was fine, had everything you needed other than pictures showed laundry detergent and there was none in the basement suite. The host was the rudest worst I’ve ever had to deal with i felt unsafe being here and would never stay again and would never recommend. Horrible customer service ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Our host did an exceptional job from start to finish. Everything was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
