“Property was fine, had everything you needed other than pictures showed laundry detergent and there was none in the basement suite. The host was the rudest worst I’ve ever had to deal with i felt unsafe being here and would never stay again and would never recommend. Horrible customer service ”

“Our experience with this VRBO began with a text with the address of the unit, entry codes, etc. This text awoke us at 4.00AM! When we arrived at the apartment building, we were surprised to find that the elevator was not working. According to residents that we spoke with, the elevator had not worked for well over a year. When we entered the apartment, it appeared clean and bright, but it bore no relationship to the photos in the listing; the room was sterile, no pictures, no decorative items...
