“Great house and backyard with a well-done renovation. Responsive owner. Would definitely return.”

“It was amazing!! A beautiful rental…however as a group of young women there are no blinds, curtains or window tint( the house next to us/ connected could easily see in the kitchen and living room), none of the windows in ground level were locked and were very hard to lock, and the master bedroom door doesn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t even lock it god forbid someone did come in. Just a. few safety precautions to look into to make the stay feel more comfortable! Thank you ”

“This was the best Hamptons stay I have ever experienced - and primarily because of this beautiful, modern home. The pictures do not do justice to this incredible abode; clean, modern lines emanate from within and are only accentuated by the beautiful pool. Moreover, the host was beyond gracious and available. The home is also conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood close to such fine establishments such as Sisi restaurant. Overall, the premier Hamptons experience.”

“This rental offers an amazing backyard paradise. The beautiful pergola is huge and a great place for outdoor drinks and dining. The hot tub is great to relax in after a day at the beach, which is a short drive away. The pool is the centerpiece where we and our friends spent hours partying or relaxing when not at the beach or wine tasting. The location is excellent with a shopping center less than a minute drive or 5 minute walk, and there are plenty more stores in town which is about a five……

“Very nice and relaxing area. Close to pretty much everything. I was visiting from NC so I was so happy there was a deli just 3 minutes away so I could grab my favorite sandwich. Overall this was a very nice stay.”

“Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. The beach is close by……
