ORV Trail + Mont Ripley Deal!

This cozy 5 bedroom/ 2 bath house is located in Ripley less than a mile outside of downtown Hancock/Houghton. The snowmobile trail is right outside the back door for convenient access. Mont Ripley Ski Hill is walking distance and ask host for buy1/get1 free day passes! (Visit skimontripley.com for rental info). Large wrap around paved lot. Only a 1/2 mile from the Houghton County Marina. Six total beds that can sleep anywhere from 6-12 guest
This house is clean, furnished, and decorated nicely. The kitchen area includes a refrigerator, stove, and sink. Dishes, pots/ pans and cutlery will be provided. There is a washer and dryer for guest use downstairs. There are three Tv's- two upstairs and one downstairs in which you will be able to log into your personal accounts for Netflix, Hulu, Youtube etc
Guest will be able to access the entire house without the worry of sharing the building with neighboring apartments along with abundance of free parking on either side of the house.

Easy check in. Plenty of parking but no yard as it’s all a parking lot. Would be good for snowmobiling but lacked a bit for the summer scenery. Lots of storage in the front entry way. There’s no windows in the basement. Overall, good experience. Can tell they have done a lot of remodeling but still some work to go.

Convenient!!

Great communication from the owner! Parking was great as we had multiple vehicles. The proper outside doesn’t look great because it’s in an industrial area, but the house was clean and lovely inside! Everything we needed and more. Also it was only minutes away from MTU. DEFINITELY recommend.

Quick Stay

Overall the house, property and the location were good. The only complaint was the kitchen did NOT have enough bowls, plates, glasses and cutlery. If you decide to stay here which I recommend, I would recommend to bring your own kitchen supplies.

Family ski trip

Loved the amount of bedrooms available. Could use a little bit of a bigger table and chair set since the house accommodates so many people but otherwise we had an amazing time and communication with the host was very fast and helpful.

Family vacation

Central location. Was able to venture out to see Porcupine Mountains, enjoy shutes and ladders playground, and beach. Also, went to Copper Harbor.
