8.4/10 Very Good! (1,000 reviews)
First time I have ever checked in without being required to show my ID or give a credit card.
Place was being renovated and looked fresh—looked like 1st and 3rd floors were done. Fire alarm went off three times within a couple of hours. Husband had to take stairs as they couldn’t get the elevator to work after the second fire alarm. As a retired firefighter, he wanted to see what was going on. He said the stairwell was full of doors which was probably why they didn’t want to call fire dept for help with elevator.
Elevator barely fit luggage cart and two people. Could have been a lot of wait time if hotel was fully occupied.
It is pet friendly so there was howling and barking on and off. I had stuffy nose all night and runny nose in the am.
Phone didn’t work nor did they come fix it when notified. Toilet seat was loose.
Bed was comfortable, floors seemed clean, bathroom surfaces could have been wiped as there were toothpaste/water drips down door and vanity. Larger than the normal small refrigerator which was helpful. Breakfast was okay. Husband didn’t care for the eggs—round patties. My GF choices—banana/yogurt/oatmeal
Parking was difficult since we had the motorcycle trailer.
