The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful on arrival. The location is excellent for walking to the pools bars cafes and exploring Hanmer. Asure offered towels for the pools which was really helpful.We had an upstairs room which had a lovely balcony to sit out and have a quite drink in the sun.Plenty of parking,clean and comfortable room everything you need in the kitchenette. Highly reccomend staying here.

When I arrived, I found I had been alloted an upstairs unit. As the stairs were steep, and I had a knee injury, I was kindly moved to a downstairs unit. This was an upgrade, at no extra cost. I was very grateful. Staff very pleasant, and amenities excellent. Easy walk to pools and shops. I would stay again.

Our stay was very restful. A comfy bed and sofa in or 1 bed apart. A short easy walk to shops and the thermal pools. Towels provided for thermal pool visit. Kitchen area and bathroom very clean.

We were disappointed in our experience at this property. The suite was very basic, needs updating, and did not feel clean. There was a giant bean bag chair stuffed into the closet of the small bedroom, that had to be removed to utilize the bedroom and closet, however, this did not fit anywhere in the lounge. It was very inconvenient and not a functional piece of furniture or item to have in the suite. The exterior of the property also needs work- updating, cleaning, and maintenance. Our room opened up to a patio that was very unkempt and full of weeds. It was adjacent to maintenance equipment and rubbish bins. Overall, not a comfortable or enjoyable stay. The internet did not work consistently. It was not a wifi network, but someone's hotspot. This left us without reliable internet for our entire stay. We appreciated the towels offered for the hot pools.

Very central position, close to supermarket, eateries and hotel. Across the road to Thermal Baths and Pools, the property had towels to use at pools. Clean, quiet, off street parking and helpful staff.
