From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. Instead of a welcome, I was met with attitude and blatant ignorance — especially when it came to my certified service dog. They charged me $60 for a service animal, which is not only unethical but illegal under the ADA. Either they’re unaware of federal law, or they just don’t care. Either way, it’s unacceptable. The property itself was no better — trash scattered across the parking lot, giving the whole place a rundown, neglected vibe. It felt more like a truck stop than a hotel. If cleanliness and hospitality are even remotely important to you, do yourself a favor and stay anywhereelse. I left feeling disrespected, frustrated, and disgusted. Fairbridge Inn? It is really the only place in town, thats why I chose it. I stayed there once before and when I needed a fresh towel, I was taken to the Guest Laundry and told that I had to wash the towel that was in the room. Good tv.
