“Bed Linens had holes and were tissue thin against a 4” memory foam. No mattress cover. No toiletries or Hangers. Only good thing was refrigerator. Desk clerk fed a baby and could not replenish breakfast items. No decaf coffee”

“The property was nice but the pictures of Cabin B on Expedia were not accurate. The first pictures on the site show a complete kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator. When we got to Cabin B it did not have what the pictures showed, the first few pictures on the site were of another upgraded cabin not cabin B, misrepresenting what you get in cabin B. There was no "real person" at the front desk to help out. We had to check in with a computer monitor in the front. We got keys for three different rooms... every one was super dirty.. smelled of smoke. One room had hairs everywhere and literally maggots in the bathroom.
