“The gentleman at check in was great. We went to dinner and upon our return I realized I hadn't brought the key. The same gentleman was very quick get us into our room. We had reserved a double room with a king bed and a separate sitting area. The bed was quite firm and very comfortable. Checkout was extremely easy...just leave the key and go. The room itself, although clean, could have used a few updates. The area where the fridge and microwave were could be better arranged and the sink and……
“We booked a three night stay as a mini-vacation for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately we had to cancel the 2nd and 3rd night due to my husband having to visit the emergency department on our first night there. We gave the owner/manager of the hotel immediate notice that we would not be staying after the 1st night and would be checking out the next morning. I requested a refund for the 3rd night, understanding that it would be short notice for the 2nd night. He refused to provide a refund……
“Too expensive for what was there.......Could have been vacuumed better....... coffee Kurigg did not work...... took forever to figure out how to run the TV with 2 remotes and no instruction sheet..And of course painting over blemishes and wallpaper peeling off the walls...... Was told there were only 3 rooms left - took a video of parking area- no one else was at the motel.
Lady was most pleasant otherwise we would have walked away.”
