"Older house fixed up decent; reasonably comfortable, and well stocked with misc needs and kitchen extras.Responsive communication with owner.Owner obviously cares about making a nice rental property for a reasonable price.Neighborhood decent, with single exception of the neighbors across the street. No drama or anything, but not a good property to look at and they let one of their many cars alarm go off all night for one of our 2 nights there. Probably not a recurring thing. "

"Nice little spot down the canal from Wamplers. Short distance from Jerry’s Bar and restaurant as well. Eric was very prompt with communication and the patio was a good place to grill(charcoal) and relax. "
