“The hotel was poorly staffed. The breakfast was not fully stocked and all hot options were cold. The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time.”

“Bar was well stocked and drinks were cold if not on ice. Staff was attentive and pleasant I was assured my needs would be met with just a phone call from my room.
