"The breakfast was great, lots of food and variety and very tasty. The hot tub was warm, but the jets were not working so that was disappointing. The pool was freezing so again that was disappointing. When you pay as much as we paid to stay there, you could at least heat the pool sufficiently. We had to ask for more toilet paper when we checked in, whoever cleaned the room did not make sure that we had enough toilet paper, we had one roll that was almost finished. The hotel and room were very well kept up and clean. Thank you for a good job, but some improvements would be nice."

The room was also quite chilly with cold floors. It’s a fine 'crash pad' for one night after a long day of sightseeing, but keep your expectations in check if you’re used to higher-end hotels."
