“When we arrived, the room door was already open before we even got to the room. There were cleaning chemicals left inside, and it appeared that the room had not been fully cleaned. The bathroom was not clean, the outlet in the bedroom did not work, and the room had a very unpleasant smell. On top of that, the water did not get hot. It was barely lukewarm, if even that, which made it difficult to properly shower and get comfortable. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we expected……

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Got 3-4 calls from front desk in the middle of the night because Expedia messed up my booking. Had to pay for two nights when I booked just one. Most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Expedia gave me a full refund for how bad my experience was.”
