The other button was not working, so as far as what I did not like about the area. It did not really feel unsafe, but there were a lot of people asking for money. They would be standing outside businesses, in parking lots, etc. Just made for an uneasy feeling.

Safest stay ive had in hartford. Staff went above and beyond! Left a phone charger in the room and they called to arrange returning it to me! Never had any hotel do that !

I love the Delamar West Hartford. Great location. Easy and complimentary valet parking. Friendly and professional staff. Outstanding restaurant. Beautiful setting. Super comfy beds. I could go on!
