Arrived to a neglected property that wreaked of smoke. Homeless person hanging out front, bugs on ceiling, booked non smoking room but still smelled. Old busted doors , old drink in the fridge, women’s feminine products in the drawers. Broken window and unsecured emergency doors left open to get smoke out. Couldn’t find anything else in area had to stay but the second the sun came up felt safe to go outside and run for it. I witnessed a woman dressed in barely anything trying to get away from a guy smoking and chasing her. This is a seedy dark place.

This was a great hotel for our UConn visit. The furnishings and decor were very fun and UConn themed. The staff were very nice. We would definitely stay there again.
