Spacious and airy, to be refurbished over winter

  • A charmingly converted Tweed Merchant's in the heart of Tarbert, combining comfort with a convenient location. Contemporary landscape paintings and furnishings add authentic style to this airy, light filled property.
    The cottage is a short stroll to Hotels and a range of stores and souvenir shops and just opposite the Isle of Harris Distillery. The ferry is within walking distance, magnificent beaches a short drive away.
    Superfast broadband and a lovely selection of books of local interest.

This is a really lovely cottage with pretty views to the hillside and harbour. The bed is supremely comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom appliances are new and function well, the decor is vibrant and the cottage has an overall warm, colourful, happy vibe. Apart from the kitchen and bathroom it is all open plan with a high Velux window over the living area, so some light sleepers may like to bring a sleep mask.
