“A perfect place to stay after a long day's walk on the Nidderdale Way. The appartement was lovely and warm when we arrived and enjoyed a good hot shower in the shower room. The kitchen was small but everything we needed to make breakfast before starting the next leg of the walk, The bed was very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Had a good meal and a couple of good pints in the Crown Inn which was only a 2 minute walk away.”

“It looked great. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, BUT it was utterly impractical. Nowhere to put clothes in the smaller bedroom, nowhere to put ANYTHING because the bed was so big that you couldn’t walk round it. No hooks on the back of any doors, so nowhere to hang a bathrobe or a wash bag. No toilet roll holder, and the bathroom mirror so high on the wall that only tall people could make use of it. Also, the photos give a false impression of the size of the sitting room. It’s……
