This stunning town house is located in the heart of Harrogate, within walking distance of all that this historic spa town has to offer. Why not start the day with breakfast at one of the many cafes before enjoying a relaxing spa day at the wonderfully opulent Turkish Baths. In the evenings there is an excellent range of things to do including a large number of restaurants, two cinemas, and a theatre. Or perhaps you would prefer to head into Leeds which is just 16 miles from Harrogate and is easily reached by car or direct train. For those who enjoy spending time outside, there is a choice of parks in the town, including the 200-acre Stray, whilst RHS Harlow Carr is located just outside the town.
A flight of external stairs leads to the front door of this grand townhouse, and once inside guests will see just how much time and attention has been spent on this beautiful property. On the ground floor, the lounge is a fantastic light-filled space with two sofas from which guests can enjoy the TV. The kitchen/diner which is semi-open-plan to the lounge, has been finished to a high standard and is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, as well as a dining table seating four. The Lower floor features a cosy cinema room as well as a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The first of the property's two bedrooms is located on the second floor and is a stylish super-king-size room which can be made up as a twin on request at the point of booking. A TV is mounted on the wall, allowing guests to enjoy a late-night film in bed, whilst a sliding door reveals the sumptuous en-suite bathroom which would rival that of any upmarket hotel with its double-ended freestanding bath, separate shower, and WC. The second bedroom, a second super-king size (which can be made up as a twin at the point of booking), benefits from an en-suite shower room with shower and WC, as well as its own TV.
From the kitchen, a patio door leads out to the propertys south-facing patio garden which, with its garden furniture, is an ideal place to enjoy al fresco dining. There is private parking for one car to the front of the property with a Tesla charging point.
