Convenient location though a bit off the highway, many food options nearby and gas station. Hotel smelled strongly of pot in the hallways of the rooms. 4th floor seemed noisy for most of the evening, seems like thin walls

The checkin and checkout is fast. The room is spacious and clean. The AC is quite at night. Our room has no hair dryer. It’s delivered to room quickly when we asked for. There is no EV chargers at the hotel property, but there is a supercharger station just cross the street. The shower water gets colder after 5 minutes of usage. I have to rush before it’s too cold. The free breakfast has scrambled eggs and sausage, but lack of milk or waffle, banana these common items.

I liked that it was near shopping areas. Thats about it.The hotel knew there were 4 people in my reservations, yet there were only 2 cloths and 3 towels. Also, there were no extra sheets, blankets, or pillows for me to make the double bed with that 2 of my kids were sleeping on. I called the front desk 7 times and no one answered. I went down there and asked for the bed stuff. He said nothing and just grabbed them and handed them to me. That night just me and my daughter were taking showers so I was gonna ask for extra cloths in the morning. There was 1 bottle each of shampoo, conditioner, and sanitizer and lotion. So where is the soap? Needless to say I went out and bought some stuff. The mattress for the double bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever laid on. The springs stick into you. The couch and computer chair arms looked like they were chewed on by a dog. They really need to update their stuff. Next morning I told front desk person I need extra cloths and towels in the room. He apparently put it in the system, but when I got back that night there were none. I saw a house keeper in the hallway that didn't speak English so I was unsure if he knew what I was saying. I told him I need 4 cloths and 2 towels specifically. I went back in the room to the bathroom and my daughter answered the door because it was the housekeeper guy. He handed her 2 clothes and 1 towel. Like dude what? I was just so done with that place.

Property was clean yet it appeared unclean because the building and all the fixtures are too old. There was hardly any sunlight in my room. It does not look anything like in pictures.

There is no safe in the room, no room cleaning in the four days there. The room door didn't lock unless you pulled it extremely hard which I am sure the other guests just loved being woke up or starlet by. The room was damp, the carpet was extremely dirty and shoes were required at all times to walk on it and the lighting was so awful, the bathroom shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. Definitely old and tired and in need of a huge upgrade to the rooms.
