Haskell Civic Center Tours

Our room was gross. Obviously an old building.. fridge was warm, top freezer super thick with ice you couldn’t even put an ice pack in it. Baseboards and corners gross, shower had mold in corners and grout around tiles and tile floors are dark- they don’t scrub. One plus is the sheets seemed clean..yay.

The worst I have ever seen or stayed at. $250 for one night!!!??? My list is tooo long to even begin to say why. Honestly, I am not sure how they are open. If we hadn’t drove 10 hours already and got lost finding it we would have just left. I covered the pillow with the clean stained towel that was left for us to use and slept on top of the blankets. All the bath towels were very stained. So odd, the entire experience. Housekeeping was very friendly and the lady making breakfast very nice. The lady night manager was no where to be found, came down to buy water- I waited 15 minutes another guy tried calling no one answered??? The walls are paper thin, we got to hear what sounded like a “paid”woman providing a full service experience as we feel to sleep- the wall was actually shaking- just wow! Please try harder or warn people they are paying $250 for a work in progress.
