哈托马约尔的度假村

“Las instalaciones no son malas, pero el staff y el personal de recepcion dejan mucho que desear en cuanto a las atenciones…ni siquiera por que quien se hospedaba era una agente de viaje…ni asi le hicieron caso…asignaron habitaciones que no iban a corde a lo que se escogió, solicitamos cambio de habitacion por algunas condiciones de los huespedes (y nunca la hicieron..) nos trataron como si fuimos a pedir en vez de solicitar un servicio…solicitamos tambien comunicarnos con el gerente de recepcion……

“Food was delicious,staff was very friendly and helpful,every night were diffrent performances for kids and adults like white party,retro show etc. The hotel need renovation and a refresh; there was no ventilation in the bathroom, there was mold in some places, and the bathtub was worn and scratched.”

“The person at the check in “santos “ Is the name , very nasty , check in suppose to be 3 pm , he was rude and said come back 3:30 . The food was good the beach spectacular , drinks was good entertainments nice …”

“The only negative thing I have to say is when we first checked in the room was hot and the fan was very loud and wobbled. We did end up getting a different room because the AC was not working. The staff was super helpful and friendly!! The food was great! The pools were fabulous! We had a blast!!!! Beautiful property!!!”
