哈托马约尔的度假村

“I never reviewed a resort before as I never been that disappointed. If I could put 0 star I would. I made a reservation at this resort for 3 people, my husband my 14 years old daughter and me, for a 7 nights vacations so I booked a room with two queen beds. They had overbooked the hotel and the only room left was a 1 bedroom. Until 11pm they told me that they were going to put an extra bed for my daughter and that the next day they will switch us room so we were like ok but then they did not had……

“I had to order a lot of towels in the pool area and they never gave it to me, they gave it to whoever they wanted and the food was a little salty, The main room is a little hot!”

“They’re really nice but the rooms are old,the food it’s okay, it’s far the hotel from Punta Cana and the transport doesn’t include in the price so it’s something you have to think. In general it’s okay but I will not go back.”

“Lobby bar closed at 11pm and the only place open was the sport bar that you have to share with all the teenagers looking a place to be. They should have only adult bar available until later. Everything else in the hotel was good.”
