“Beautiful beach, but poor service
The resort is nice, although it could use some maintenance and updating. My room was comfortable and well equipped. The AC stopped working on the second day, but it was fixed quickly and I had no further issues.
The pools are nice, but the best part is definitely the beach: beautiful, very clean, no sargassum, and plenty of lounge chairs under the palm trees. The food was OK—not amazing, but not bad either.
The biggest downside is the service. Only a few……

“Propiedad muy limpia, personal super atento, el hotel no es muy grande pero tiene lo que necesitas para una buena estadía, la comida muy buena aunque con poca variedad.”

“I have stayed at a few Bahia Príncipe hotels over the years. This wasn’t the best one I have ever been to but overall it was a pleasant experience. Bahia Príncipe always does a good job. The resort is a little small compared to others. And beach wasn’t as beautiful as other beaches nearby in La Romana. But the pools were clean and enjoyable. The food was decent and the staff were friendly and helpful.”
