Tough meat and always overcooked, sorry to say. Lambchops at Bordeaux were excellent and good seafood at Tierra. Otherwise pretty mediocre food at the a la carte restaurants. We live in Chicago, with world class restaurants, but are not food snobs and do not expect great food at AIs. But these restaurants were just disappointing, at least to us. Actually we liked the buffets best -- you could see what you were getting before deciding what to put on your plate. We have been to a lot of all inclusives over the years and the food here was just a C."
