We walked to Avonlea Village for dinner and ice cream, and we also walked to Green Gables Heritage Place and did the full walking tour of all the LM Montgomery sites. “Went for a 3 day vacation. Disappointed that photos on Expedia were not accurate. Cottage we stayed in needs updating for price expected to pay. Lamp in bedroom was to me a fire hazard, shower very small and rough looking, no pans appropriate for oven use (had to purchase one) front burner on stove didn’t work, blankets all wool, no extra pillows or sheets, and sofa bed would not be sleepable (would fall through I am sure).
