"Das Haus war echt super. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Haus hatte eine tolle Ausstattung, das habe ich selten gesehen. Es war alles da was man hätte gebrauchen können und noch mehr! Der Gastgeber ist super lieb und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt ist ein Lebensmittel Laden mit allem was man möchte. Eine super Lage, von den Nachbarn hat man auch kaum was gesehen also ist man echt unter sich gewesen es war alles...

"Vraiment logement très bien situé et très grand.Bonne communication avec l’agence qui gère le bien.Le seul bémol était le manque de chauffage dans les chambres.Sans doute un problème sur les radiateurs qui pourra être facilement pour les prochains voyageurs."

"Incredibly close to the lake. Annecy was adorable. Easy to walk to dinner. Lots of rooms and extra space. Very easy to let ourselves in and out. Amenities like a washing machine and big fridge were very nice too. Comfy beds. A few minor touches missing such as we needed to buy shampoo and more toilet paper, and it was quite a bit hot at night, at least until a-middle of the late night breeze kicked in, but nothing at all worth getting upset about. Clean and spacious and close to town...

"This was a very short notice booking and the owners were very helpful to sort this out. Another location had fallen through for us and we all had leave booked. Our children also had flights booked (Geneva) so at short notice (3-4 days) we needed a house for 6 people. The owners did their best to help us out and we appreciate that. "A Annecy pour faire le triathlon de l’Alpsman, nous avons séjourné dans la villa. Rien de mieux pour être dans de bonnes condition, nous avons adoré la maison à l’unanimité. Très bien équipée, une vue magnifique sur le lac.Un accueil chaleureux et une réactivité de Philippe très appréciable également."

"Everything you could want from a holiday covering a wide age range! The house was amazingly well provided with kitchen stuff, the pool was amazing and used by everyone, the location was ideal for cycling, walking, running or just sitting on the patio watching the hang gliders. Things not to miss - Semnoz for the views of Mont Blanc and the luge, a meal at Chalet Pricaz, pedalos on the lake. A memorable holiday in a memorable house. Thanks David and Renée."
