It was a beautiful hotel the staircase was amazing the only thing that was missing was the check in they couldn’t find our reservation which was really stressful I suffer with anxiety and when they couldn’t find it I panicked they didn’t do anything to relieve this they just made it worse by saying I’m not booked in even though I had confirmation and had spoke to the hotel previously telling them I would be late checking in they didn’t work well under pressure and was a little unprofessional but apart from that was a beautiful hotel would definitely stay here again ❤️

"It was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. However there was an incident at the restaurant with our server who was very rude and feel require more training. This incident was investigated by the Manager Piere. He was very good and listened to our complaint and apologised. I will go again ..."
