"One of the things I love best about the owners/operators of this property is that they don’t give the guest a chore at checkout. It was actually my first experience like that with VRBO, and it made an already great stay feel like the cherry on top that we didn’t have to strip beds or take out the garbage, etc. It’s a perfect quiet spot in otherwise not-so-quiet college town, but you’re also close to everything you need to get to. "Property is as pictured. Yard was great for our dogs and fenced in fully which was nice. Very minimal with the decor and random furniture in the livingroom room/dining room but doesnt affect the stay. We just used it for one night while our pup had surgery and we worked from the house: it was a place to sleep. "I reserved this VRBO for three weeks and ended up leaving 6 nights early. The owner was very responsive to text messages during check-in and the stay. I asked if he could check on getting me a refund or a partial refund for the six days of my reservation and he said he would check. But instead of checking and answering me, he just blocked my text messages. Not cool."
