"Had a wonderful weekend in the hotel. Room was spotless and bath/ shower room first class with a huge walk in shower and large free standing roll top bath. Staff were respectful and helpful at all times. Breakfasts were excellent as were the bar meals and drinks. Lovely view from bedroom over the grounds and river. Plenty of parking and well situated in the town with excellent variety of shops."

Restaurant staff were very prompt and attentive especially in the morning, food quality was good. The room was spacious but a bit tired and stains on the blind when unrolled."

"What a perfect place to stay. We stayed in one of the two bedroom cottages which was perfect. I could not say a negative thing about the cottage. We only stayed for 2 nights while visiting near bye family. But we will be back for a proper break"
