“Easy check in with a lockbox code. Extremely clean and had all the amenities. Beautiful back deck area. The house was convenient to the market, and the local restaurants. We enjoyed eating at the Iron Door. It is about a 30 minute drive to the Big Oak Flat Entrance to Yosemite. Host was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time!”

“This house was very suitable with large comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms and a large, well-equipped kitchen. We were so busy that we were not able to use the back patio, but it looked quite welcoming. The location was easy to find with great directions by the owner. It is a long way from Tennessee, but we will consider staying again if the opportunity presents itself.”

“I was looking for a place to stay near Yosemite to take my 3 granddaughters to. This cabin was perfect - had all amenities for a comfortable stay - kitchen had pots, pans, dishes, etc…. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryers. Cute outdoor porch - we played games, read, and saw a deer resting nearby. We spent one day at Yosemite (would recommend the Valley Floor Tour tram ride - it’s a 2 hr drive highlighting the major sights in the park). After doing some hiking, it was nice……

“Great house, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The driveway is very steep, but doable. Perfect house for a lot of people to stay. Great area for the kids to play. Lots of seating especially if you take advantage of the multiple decks and outdoor areas. Convenient to the amenities of Groveland, and easy access to the lake. ”

“Though the property was in a gated area, it was very easy to find thanks to Jeff’s detailed communication before my arrival. Check-in was super easy and the house was nice and truly gave a lake house feel. It had everything we needed and gave us a comfortable stay as our base to explore Yosemite for a couple of days. The hot tub was really nice to come back to after a day of hiking! A couple things I noticed were that the pool table, being that it stays outdoors, could use a refresh as the……

“Another wonderful day at Fred’s house. Howard is always extremely helpful. House is perfect for our group. That’s why we stay there every year. Big clean and well stocked of course we will be back next year.”

“It took over an hour for me to be able to get into the cabin - wrong code for door. I received the correct code the next day. A door was left opened and that is how I was able to get inside - very unsafe. No napkins and no response. It took a little over 30 minutes to be able to get inside the community because of car check in. I was told parking was $40 per car and when I arrived it was $50. I asked for the listed price to be honored and was told no. I was told twice that I would get a response……

“Place was great and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only downside was there was construction in Pine Mtn Lake when we were there 6/6-6/8 and it was very disruptive. They would stop traffic multiple times between the house and the front gate. Sunday when we were leaving, it took us 40 minutes to get from the house to the front gate. Communication with owner was good and she was very reaponsive and helpful when I realized failed to her that we were bring an……
