“Die Gastgeber Tess and Ed haben sich schon im Vorfeld sehr freundlich gemeldet, um alle Details zu klären. Bei der Ankunft waren bereits Getränke und einige Lebensmittel für uns bereitgstellt, auch reichlich Kaffee uns Tee. Das Haus hat alles was man bentötigt und ist sehr schön eingerichet und schön hell. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine große Küche und das Wohnzimmer, oben ein großes Elternschlafzimmer. Mit den Vorhängen kann man die Räume gut abdunkeln und in der ruhigen Seitenstraße gut schlafen. Es……

“Wat een heerlijk huis in het charmante Royal Tunbridge Wells! Het ligt rustig, een beetje heuvelopwaarts en midden in het stadscentrum. Het treinstation is 10 minuten lopen, met er tegenover een supermarkt. Het huis is erg ruim, licht en voelt heel knus aan. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien m.b.t. koken, eten etc. De badkamer heeft een bad. De grote slaapkamer heeft een royaal bed met luxueus beddengoed. Ik heb er heerlijk geslapen. De binnentuin heeft een tafel en zitjes met veel……

“Lovely stay at the stables. They have been converted to a high standard and were very comfortable for our family with two small children. It was great that there was a stair gate in the top bedroom as there isn’t a door. Had a nice meal at the local pub and in easy reach by car of local visiting sites. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and let us wander around their lovely garden. Would recommend. ”

“Exactly as described. A lovely English cottage in rural surroundings, but close to all the amenities of Hurstpierpoint and a short drive from Brighton. Comfortable living and dining rooms, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Loved the crisp white linen sheets, the huge bath towels and the nice hot showers. Toys and books for our 4 year old grandson, lovely artwork on the walls, we felt totally at home and loved staying here. We felt as though the hosts really cared about us and hadn’t skimped……

“This house was perfect for me, my husband and my sister. We were at a lunch party on Haying Island and we were able to easily drive to Sheffield Park in the light. The parking was so convenient and the cottage was extremely well equipped, not that we needed a washing machine. I would unhesitatingly recommend it. We tried to set off the dishwasher just the once, but the top shelf was attached by elastic bands and so we didn't risk putting anything there. Had we been going to stay longer I would……

“Very clean, well presented and smartly decorated property. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great! The kitchen was well equipped and the garden was well kept with comfortable furniture. Good location for local grocery shopping and only 15 minutes walk to the town centre and seafront. We had a really enjoyable week at the cottage in Worthing.”
