Outstanding staff, very clean, modern yet quaint! Beautiful restoration. Additionally, free parking is a huge reason to stay here. Perfect location, all within easy walking distance to all the popular things to do in Jim Thorpe

I only stayed as a stop while driving from North Carolina to Boston, but all staff members were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine. Great experience.

We loved the Bella Victoria. Such a cool B&B. Would love to go back. House was really cool and owners were so nice. Breakfast was great. Be sure to check out the cool record collection!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The owner, Alyson, was there each morning to greet us with coffee and tea, as well as wonderful breakfast options. My wife had the same thing, salmon/spinach omelette, each morning. She loved it that much. Fresh fruit and homemade bread completed the plate. There are many other options as well. Location was very clean and staff was very polite and helpful . Also free breakfast was surprisingly nicer than expected which was a pleasant surprise

It was very nice and clean. The gentlemen who checked us in was fantastic but the woman who checked us out stared at the computer with earbuds in and literally never even looked at us. Poor customer service skills but otherwise it was great.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Friendly staff.

Absolutely loved the place. Very nice and quiet setting. All the staff were very nice.

Great hotel with charm. Clean, quiet and complimentary coffee was a bonus!

Great

It was a fantastic stay. We had visited Knoebels amusement park that night and were completely exhausted. We did not want to make the 3 hour drive home. We found this hotel and the reviews were great. The price was very reasonable and we gave it a go. We arrived around 11:00 pm and the front desk person wasdo nice and personable, she helped make it a quick check in. We got up to our room and our daughters were so excited! They kept saying oh this is beautiful, the beds are so comfy, I love it....

Great hotel in a great area
