“It was very hard to leave! Such a peaceful, cozy home, tucked away. Everything was so clean upon arrival. Our hosts kept in communication with us, making sure everything was perfect. We got the fire pit add on as well as the coffee bar, which was a great touch. It rained most of our stay but we had no problem staying close on the couch watching movies. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back!”

I reached out to the host to express my concerns and was told the property would be “deep cleaned” prior to my arrival. While I was worried, I passed any cancellation period and decided to trust the host. When I checked in it was clear the property was not cleaned. Cobwebs everywhere, dust, hair on sheets, dirty bathrooms etc. I immediately got in touch with the host who sent over……
