Park City and Jordanelle all season access and fun awaits you at this 3BR/2.5BA townhome in the Shores at Stillwater community! On powder days, make a short drive to the Jordanelle Express Gondola for access to Deer Valley slopes. The Jordanelle Reservoir is within five minutes. Spend summer days relaxing at the state park or cruising the water on a motorboat.

Enjoy glorious mountain views on either of the two balcony decks. Three floors of updated living space include high-end furnishings, a modern kitchen, and two fireplaces.

LIVING AREA

Vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace create the inviting ambiance of an upscale chalet in the main living area. Relax on the comfy sofa and watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

The second living area is outfitted with a sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be delighted to find stainless steel appliances and spacious granite countertops in the kitchen. Perch at the kitchen bar for three.

The table in the dining area seats six to festive vacation meals.

BED & BATH

This three-story townhome sleeps 11 guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the second living area.

Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, appointed with a stately king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a deep jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a full-size bed. These two rooms share access to a bathroom that includes a tub/shower combination.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The back deck is a covered retreat from which to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Or gather on the balcony to take in the sweeping mountain views. Four comfy armchairs invite you to kick back with morning coffee.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a twin rollaway bed, boot and glove warmers, as well as a washer/dryer, are provided. Parking is available for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is not permitted.

THE BEST HOUSE NEAR PARK CITY!!!!!
Omg so many good things to say about this property! This was our home away from home!! It was in an excellent location. Only 12 min drive to main street park city. There was a hill in the back FILLED with snow and the kids were able to go sledding! It was a cozy home with a great fireplace and the VIEWS were SPECTACULAR!!! Highly highly recommend this place :) if you’re looking for a sign, this is IT!

Pleasure in Powder Paradise
Dee's unit probably has the best view Deer Valley's backside in the neighborhood. The property provided a very comfortable amount of space. Drinking coffee in the morning while looking at the slopes or hot toddies at night while watching the snow cats work in the darl was awesome. Dee is a gracious host and communicates very well. We will definitely repeat at this property until our property is built and ready to go.

Amazing stay for Park City ski trip
We had an incredible stay here for our Park City family ski trip. The home was impeccably clean and comfortably fit our family of 5 adults. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had a ~15 minute drive to both the Park City and Canyons parking lots and the home was close enough to come back for lunch. We can’t recommend this property any higher!

A+ townhome close to Jordanelle base
Townhome had everything our family of 5 could want for a 4-day ski trip -- clean, updated, and comfy with a great view of Bald Mountain. The host communicated well and made everything easy. Location is unbeatable if you ski Deer Valley and park at Jordanelle base, a little less convenient if you need to base out of Snow Park.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!!! Everything exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The cleanliness…the accommodations…extra blankets, extra toilet paper, paper towels, plenty of bath towels, garbage bags, the organization of the kitchen and what was provided in it, the comfort of the beds, the sparkling clean shower curtains, trash cans with liners in every room, providing the laundry pods…I could go on and on! The decor was perfection! The location was perfection! Waking up to some of the most amazing views I’ve ever seen was perfection!!! If we ever get the opportunity to stay again, we’d love to! You were a dream host!
