Helen Haven
Rental was as advertised. Very clean, a bit dated. Great for 2 couples if needed. Try to arrive during daylight as roads are dark & winding. Key cabinet faces rear of cabin so it’s a bit hard to find. Some suggestions to owner: Fan in main bedroom is wobbly & noisy. The outdoor trash can was missing. Make it clear if you want towels AND sheets laundered before departure. Light near dining table is completely inoperable without plug. Leave instructions for TV operation. Generally a very nice clean place & we will stay again if in area. Tried to phone about missing trash can & what to do, but voicemail was full. Juli ya did answer via text.

Great spot for peace and quiet while easy driving distance to Helen and Cleveland. GPS finds it just fine. Lovely wooded views all around with a cute stream bubbling out back. The perfect mix of creature comforts and rural living. Will absolutely be back!

Fantastic Cabin
We we're there for 4 days and we will definitely re-book if we make our way to Helen again. Clean, beautiful, and refreshing. Close to all amenities. Just what our family needed. It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of Central Florida.

Mountain get away
We stayed at this property for a long weekend to visit Helen. We especially enjoyed the porch with an incredible view of the forest and creek below. The game room was great with a pool table and foose ball. The hot tub was also nice. We cooked dinner and found the kitchen to be fairly well stocked. I enjoyed the privacy as we were located at the end of the road and had lots of forest around and no traffic on the road. I would 100% stay there again.

Great secluded cabin
Only complaint we had was not knowing ahead of time not to rely on google map gps. We arrived at night and it was foggy, so for any future renters when you get to first stop sign and gps says to go straight onto Interlochen, DONT, turn right instead and stay on Alpine until you see Geneva Dr on your left, take this road all the way to the end and you will arrive at the cabin. Just sharing our experience. The owner was very responsive and kind when we called her at 11:00 at night unable to locate the cabin, it would’ve been easier though had we known not to listen to gps maps. We would stay again though, very relaxing and quiet week. A family of deer live in the woods there and we saw them daily.
